GBF Launches New Consumer Campaigns

Goldenberry Farms launches a series of educational consumer campaigns to help boost popularity and benefits of exotic fruit

MIAMI, FL – Goldenberry Farms has begun developing a series of consumer campaigns aimed at increasing the awareness and consumption of tropical fruit.

The initial fruits highlighted for this “how to enjoy” campaign will be dragonfruit (Pitaya), Rambutan, Sugar Mango™ miniature mangos, Purple Passionfruit, and Physalis.

US consumers will get their first taste of some of these tropical fruits from the perspective of each fruit’s native counties, as well as chefs, parents, and kids.

”The idea for each fruit will be to introduce it from someone who is natively familiar with the fruit, and share some ways that the fruit can be enjoyed. Chefs as well as fruit lovers of all ages can weigh in on the benefits, how to eat, and some favorite recipes."

Tutorials will be available to the public online, as well as via QR codes on packaging, and in social media recipe features. GBF retailers will be offered special merchandising options using these reels and tutorials.

Let’s RAMBOO!

A perfect introduction for this series is GBF’s popular kid-friendly RAMBOOS! Although Ramboos have an interesting and animated appearance, we frequently received questions on how to best enjoy. Here, this video highlights how a parent can demonstrate healthy eating habits, and share an enjoyable and memorable moment with a new, exotic fruit.

The takeaway, aside from enjoying the moment and experience, is that trying new flavors and unique-looking foods can be rewarding and healthy.
