Dear Customer:

Fresh products we offer might be received in conditions different from which they departed our facilities.

We strive to deliver our products in the best conditions, but if they do not arrive as expected, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure and include all documentation mentioned below:

1. In case the claim affects part of the shipment, please send in a maximum of 3 calendar days after arriving at your warehouse, a preclaim sent via email to your GBF sales representative including:

● The reason for rejecting the product(s).
● PHOTOGRAPHS IN CLEAR QUALITY SHOWING EACH DEFECTIVE BOX
● At least one picture of the traceability code(s) for each box being claimed

These codes are included on a white sticker located on the side of the boxes.

PRE-CLAIMS MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT VIA TEXT / WHATSAPP
PRE-CLAIMS MADE AFTER 3 CALENDAR DAYS CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED


2. In case the claim affects the final price of the product(s):

● Follow step number 1.
● Please send to your GBF sales representative in a maximum of 10 days a proof document that includes the discounted price.
● Any claim of over 20% must be verified by a third party

Include any additional records you consider relevant to the study of the claim in the email, such as details of the storage area, temperature, humidity readings, etc..

If the claim is for more than 20% of the total value of the shipment, a 3rd party inspection is required within 25 hours of pre-claim

In the rare event of a total loss:

GBF MUST AUTHORIZE THE COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF A PALLET IN WRITING
A certificate of destruction or record of final disposal must be shared with your GBF sales representative within a maximum of 10 days.

For any case mentioned above, please send us in a maximum of 10 calendar days (from the arrival at your warehouse) the total amount of boxes affected and your final claim report.

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY FINAL CLAIMS SUBMITTED FOLLOWING 10 CALENDAR DAYS FROM FOB ARRIVAL

GBF reserves the right to study the claim and give you an answer within a week (7 Days) of having received the complete documentation. If the claim complies with the conditions.
